In our modern world today, religious diversity is evident so my recommendable perspective is that each one should respect everything around them and at the same time, know the truth. You can't say that the other religions are definitely wrong in fact you can't also say that your religion is not the fake one otherwise, the original one. For an instance, we Catholics we cannot tell that what the Hindus believe unto their beliefs and practices on their religion (Hinduism) is merely wrong because we don't even know for sure if ours is the right religion above all the others. They believe on what they preserved to believe in because they had the "sense of the Ultimate" and they have the religious experiences which are "behind the normal" which resulted into the existence of their belief system that developed into a so called, "Religion".
Many religions are existing nowadays and because of the modernization and degeneration of science in the place we are living right now,the TRUTH is soon to be revealed whereas science is on its continuous search. Our outlook should be more on reflecting into our religions,of what our religion is trying to implant into our humanity,of what it can contribute as we live our lives everyday. Above all, there should be no termination nor discrimination at all.
I remember a quoted line from a wise instructor, according to Hans Georg Gadamer, "The only that understanding exists is to take a look at the points of view of others." , to emphasize this meaningful quote, for an example two kids are fighting and was brought to the guidance office and the one who wasn't damage seriously (e.g Boy 2) is the one who was blamed and suspended for one week.In this case, it is very much unfair to say that it is Boy 2's fault and in order to know the truth, they should investigate and know the whole story for they also have to ask some questions and get the side of the two and not just the one who was seen to be "innocent". Relating it to religions, there would be no ''RELIGIOUS DIVERSITY" only if we try to fully understand each others' opinions and points of views. Each one should learn to STOP FOR A WHILE,TALK LATER and LISTEN FIRST.☺
